枯山水小盆景

在日常生活中，擺弄礦石成枯山水盆景，透過每日畫沙，調息心性。那些礦石、溪石所擺置的枯山水，也呼應了我的孤山水系列。
心法：仿照日本龍安寺枯山水庭園，寺人每日必重新畫沙，在畫沙過程中，就是在進行日常修習的禪宗觀心法門。縮小版的枯山水小盆景提供一個以小見大的自然山水，畫沙看似畫沙，實則藉此練心，訓練自己的專注度與靜觀自得，在關注每一筆的當下、也不留念每一筆，心情是平靜與柔軟的。每日更新畫沙，亦是耕心練心。沙線如時光流動，每日都可更新、重新開始，所以提醒自己不執著於固相，保持靈動之心。在畫沙的動作中，以此「動」調整心神，進入「靜」的精神狀態。------袁慧莉
