時間之漬
「時間之漬」系列探討三個層次的創作問題：一、如何賦予傳統山水畫裡的積墨法一個新的詮釋與樣貌，二、積墨法與熟宣之間交織的材質物性如何被看見? 三、 透過完形與破形表現時間中萬物的變動性。
易經說"變"是常態，不斷的變動是世界運行的基本原理，臺灣是個地震頻繁的島嶼，在地震來的一瞬間，走山、土石流讓原本穩固的山形瓦解，從固形變成破形，山看似穩定恆常，卻不敵天災，一瞬即從穩定變成流形。如此生活經驗讓我想要創作對應於"變"的作品，於是我將原本以線條輪廓為主的簡筆山水「舞山水」舊作拿來重新再變化，將原本帶有即興舞動一揮而就的山形輪廓線條，再次用千筆以上的點線淹沒，使原本的固形造型被解構破形，創造了「時間之漬」系列。
我刻意選擇熟宣施以積墨法，經過不斷堆疊千筆萬墨，這些累積的點漬與紙張物性之間產生的積墨層次，呈現了層次分明且透明的層疊狀態，這有別於傳統積墨法在多次點漬累積後所追求的混融一片的整體效果，傳統積墨法的「積厚而厚、重、濃」用墨美學，在「時間之漬」中變成了「積厚而薄、輕、透」的另類質地，細觀之，交疊的墨漬層次中形成一種內部的空間狀態，這不是某山石可辨識物的外型指涉，而是對墨與紙之間物性交織的關心與凝視。
以無數的點漬與紙張之間由少而多的積墨狀態，一張白紙漸漸被填滿，如以點漬代表時間，那麼，白紙如同人的一生歲月，點漬如同人生不斷疊加的時間過程，人生時間疊加得越多，歲月就漸漸老去，可用的時間漸減少。所以時間之漬也彰顯因多而少的相對性，隱喻人生與時間的關係，就如同白紙與墨漬，人生經過的時日越多，剩下空白的歲月時間也越來越少，多與少之間是相對依附的存在關係。---袁慧莉

「她試圖把對石頭的物性探討，視作為山水理念物化最基本的存在本質，而這裡的「物」對象，不是指稱特別、個別物，而是我們人類日常生活可知覺、可思考的等等稀疏平常的對象物。而這樣的「物」是脫離具體的存在，不具有著人類固有思考型態，當它做為山石本質的「物」，是在時間內存在的經驗對象（客體），同時也是時間、空間的對象。」---文真姬, 2014
